Meet TT, my house guest for the week. Well more like lab guest 'cos I'm keeping him in the lab. He's quite a beautiful specimen. However, TT happens to be somewhat of a stuck-up (f)individual who appears to think highly of his frilly appendages. He spends most his confined life being still as ever only moving occasionally to burp out a bubble or two. Having never had a fish as a pet, his stillness worries me and I end up going "Here fishy fishy" while tapping on the glass every five minutes or so just to see if he's alive. I don't want to be held responsible for making a little girl cry at the end of the week. But my lab mates tell me that happy fish blow bubbles so I guess he's happy.Come to think of it I did get a fish once when I was really small. But the family cat made a meal of it within a couple of hours.

i was actually thinking of buying a fish, but i'm scared that if i'm away he won't get food n then he'd die.. :S

i went through a fish phase one, yonks ago. it ended when i went on a trip and forgot about the goldfish i had in a tank until i saw them floating bottoms when i got back home 2 days later :D
crystal f.: One of my lab mates said these ones are quite happy if you leave them for about 3-4 days without a feed. However, I too am a little reluctant to get one for my self... I'd feel guilty as hell if it died.

I used to have fish a long time ago.. not anymore though...
But I do have a cousin who was obsessed with fish... man he had sooo many at his place.. when he went to Aussie for higher studies, his dad called the zoo and got them to take them away.. coz it wasn't easy to clean the pond and stuff.. and these fish were HUGE!!! they grew so much... cant remember what type though... I'm not a fish fan....
but i do like the fancy, colourful looking nice ones..:-) just dont exactly know all by name..:-)
